The idea for The Rev Academy came to life after attending the Entrepreneurship Residential at UC Davis, where Joe’s insights and mentorship got us thinking about new career pathways for young adults.

Every year, we’d talk about options for graduating students who weren’t interested in the traditional college route, but we kept seeing the same problem—there just weren’t enough hands-on, career-focused training programs to help them succeed.
